Account and data deletion in PaliPali apps
You can delete your account in both the customer app and the courier app yourself, in a few steps. Below you'll find instructions for both apps and contact details if you don't have access to them.
How to do it
Deleting your account step by step
Customer app
- Open Menu
- Go to Account
- Select “Delete account”
Courier app
- Open Menu
- Go to Account
- Select “Delete account”
Need help
Don't have access to the app?
Contact us by email or phone and we'll delete your account manually after verifying your identity.
